JCTC Advanced Manufacturing & IT Center Named Outstanding Project of 2025 by Learning By Design
We’re excited to share that Omni Architects’ design for the Advanced Manufacturing & Information Technology Center at Jefferson Community & Technical College has been honored as one of Learning By Design magazine’s Outstanding Projects of 2025 in their Spring edition.
Located in downtown Louisville, the new facility plays a vital role in preparing students for high-demand careers in advanced manufacturing and information technology. The building is thoughtfully designed to support both academic achievement and community connection—bridging the gap between education and workforce development.
The facility features flexible, hands-on training labs tailored to advanced manufacturing programs, along with general education classrooms and vibrant common areas that encourage collaboration, socialization, and quiet study. Its prominent urban location and transparent design make it a visible symbol of opportunity and progress within the city.
We are honored to have this project recognized by Learning By Design, a publication that celebrates excellence and innovation in educational design.
