Beginning in 1994, Omni Architects created a master plan for a new facility located in Whitesburg, Kentucky.
Phase I consisted of a 34,000 SF clinic including internal medicine, family practice, dentistry, OB/GYN, a clinical laboratory, pediatrics, pharmacy, and radiology.
Subsequent phases over the past 10 years have included a 6,000 SF administrative office building, a 6,000 SF cardiovascular clinic, and the addition of a CT scanner and nuclear medicine services to the radiology suite.
The recently completed (2004) Baker Women’s Health Clinic added 14,000 SF, which included a new pulmonary clinic. Omni also completed in 2004 a 17,000 SF renovation for a Clinic in Harlan.
