This project is phase one of a three phase project for Anchor Baptist Church, and contains a traditional worship fellowship area seating 350 people, a hospitality room for food preparation and serving, and other support spaces.
The education center, located on the lower level, contains 13 classrooms, a nursery, a library, and a choir rehearsal/robe storage room. Administrative offices and support spaces are also located on this level. The second phase will involve the design and construction of the permanent sanctuary with seating for 500 to 600 people. The phase one building will then be converted into an education and conference facility. Phase three will be a family life center/recreational facility. Site development includes on-grade parking, handicap parking, outdoor recreational areas and a picnic shelter.
