This 70,400 square foot facility contains instructional training courts for cheerleading, dance, tumbling, and gymnastics. Also included are private party rooms, conference rooms, locker rooms, general administrative offices, a break room, a public snack area, and a store. The facility also houses the HIT (High Intensity Training) Center, and a physical rehabilitation center.

Building construction consists of a pre-engineered building containing 51,300 square feet on the first floor and 19,100 square feet on the mezzanine level. The trampolines and other specialized equipment needed for tumbling and vaulting are placed in special recessed pits to allow a level floor to extend throughout the building.
