Chad is able to communicate effectively with end-users (i.e., faculty) while also having the technical knowledge to work effectively with engineers and other design team members and the construction team. He oversaw our project on multiple levels: design problems and questions, construction details, contractor and subcontractor issues, budget tracking and reconciliation with the state Department of Construction and Engineering.
