Required Qualifications
This position will play an essential role on most of our projects and will work with project team members to develop interior design solutions for projects of varying scope and size within each of the markets Omni Architects' serves. Additional responsibilities may include:

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design
- 5-10 years of experience in a commercial architecture or interior design firm
- NCIDQ Certificate
- Strong Revit production skills preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Rendering expertise preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Develop interior design solutions in alignment with Omni's architectural design language.
- Work closely with Project Managers to understand and maintain project work plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Participation in weekly workload meetings to communicate current activities, workload, and project status.
- Participation in project design meetings to effectively and compellingly communicate interior design concepts to the client, integrating feedback until a final interior design solution is defined.
- Preparation of construction documents, including specifications for interior design components.
- Maintain Omni's library of materials and products.
- Research interior design trends relevant to each market served by Omni Architects.
- Ensure all work is completed before the deadline, allowing ample time for regular internal design reviews and a quality control check prior to submittal.
- Provide support to the other design team members as needed.
- Participation in marketing activities, as appropriate, including client meetings, proposal development, and interviews for potential projects, developing conceptual drawings on an as-needed basis.
- Participation in professional organizations, maintaining active memberships, and attending conferences and other educational opportunities as appropriate.
