OMNI ARCHITECTS' RESPONSE TO COVID-19
The principals of Omni Architects have implemented a number of strategies to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of our Omni families, our consultants, and our clients over the coming weeks. We would like to share some of the measures we’re taking to respond to the current COVID-19 crisis:
The world around us is changing rapidly, so our plan is to focus on one week at a time, knowing that we’ll have to adjust as circumstances evolve. For now, we anticipate these guidelines to remain in effect until further notice. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions related to your particular project.
- The health and well being of the Omnies comes first. Our professional hours are spent designing spaces that benefit the emotional and physical well being of our clients, so it makes sense that we apply the same care to ourselves. We are not willing to put the Omnies or their families at risk. As of now, our employees have the option of either working in the office, or remotely from home to accommodate their individual situations.
- We take our professional responsibilities very seriously and we must maintain the same standard of care for our clients and everything we do for them, even when faced with unexpected challenges. Our staff will maintain the same level of communication we typically implement to keep our projects on track. We are committed to achieving all deadlines that have already been established for our projects and to continue the level of service our clients have come to know and appreciate.
- We want to maintain a responsible distance as advised by the CDC, therefore, we will not be attending meetings outside the office, nor will we be hosting meetings within our office. We have the technology and capabilities to conduct electronic meetings with our project teams and with our internal team members.
- We want to eliminate visitors to the office to the greatest extent possible so we can keep our working environment as healthy as we can. We are keeping our entry door locked and are asking visitors to ring the front doorbell and we will meet those individuals at the door to accept deliveries, mail, etc.
